Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings and present real estate options to potential buyers or tenants in Bali’s premium locations.
- Negotiate lease and sales agreements to secure the best terms for clients and the company.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, including expats, investors, and local buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Prepare and present property listings with high-quality photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through digital and traditional channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to closing.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets to maximize commissions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market and local regulations is advantageous.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required).
