Responsibility

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to address maintenance requests and property upkeep.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and renewal processes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the property management team in preparing reports, budgets, and financial documentation.
  • Assist in marketing vacant properties, conducting viewings, and facilitating tenant onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
  • Basic understanding of lease agreements, property laws, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
