Responsibility
- Operate and maintain X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Follow strict radiation safety protocols to ensure patient and staff protection.
- Position patients correctly and adjust equipment settings for optimal image clarity.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnostic support.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Educate patients on imaging procedures, addressing concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiologic technology and best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; licensed or eligible for licensure in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in operating digital imaging systems, PACS, and RIS.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and precision.
- Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
