Responsibility
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.) to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.
- Position patients correctly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Evaluate image quality and adjust techniques as needed for optimal diagnostic results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret results and provide preliminary findings when required.
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably with exposure to multiple imaging modalities.
- Strong technical skills in operating radiologic equipment and interpreting imaging results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and other medical imaging software.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in radiologic technology.
