Responsibility
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MRI machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision, adhering to physician orders and established protocols.
- Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions to ensure high-quality images while minimizing discomfort.
- Monitor and maintain radiation safety standards to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide preliminary findings when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging results, procedure details, and any relevant observations.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior technologists or interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiologic technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification as a Radiologic Technologist in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Proven experience in operating radiologic equipment, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically to patients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in diagnostic imaging.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
