Responsibility
- Perform high-quality X-ray examinations and other radiologic procedures as directed by physicians.
- Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient protection standards.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining procedures to alleviate anxiety.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Process and evaluate images for clarity and accuracy before submission to radiologists.
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging logs in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and diagnostic workflows.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Radiographer in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical radiology setting (hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers).
- Proficiency in operating X-ray machines, CR/DR systems, and other radiologic equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
