Responsibility
- Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure patient safety by following radiation protection protocols and maintaining proper shielding and positioning.
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnostic support.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients on imaging procedures to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation during examinations.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to produce high-resolution images for accurate diagnosis.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography techniques and equipment through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Radiographer in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or specialized clinic setting.
- Proficient in operating digital imaging systems, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), and other radiography software.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
