Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound) in compliance with safety and radiation protection standards.
- Operate and maintain radiography equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic results.
- Assess patient conditions and adapt imaging techniques to ensure clarity and precision in results.
- Maintain meticulous records of procedures, patient data, and equipment usage for compliance and auditing.
- Educate patients on imaging processes, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort during procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to uphold imaging standards and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiography technology and best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field; certification or licensure as a Radiographer (local or internationally recognized).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in radiography, preferably in acute care or multi-setting environments.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray, CT, MRI, or ultrasound equipment with a strong understanding of imaging protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex medical instructions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to varying patient needs.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
