Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic exams as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient protection standards.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnostic support.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including imaging results and procedural notes.
- Educate patients on imaging procedures, addressing concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
- Follow infection control and hygiene protocols to maintain a sterile and safe working environment.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiologic technology and best practices in medical imaging.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Radiographer in Indonesia (or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in cardiology or ambulatory care.
- Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and PACS systems.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient positioning, and imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
