Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries about gaming products and services.
- Set up and maintain racing simulation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide guidance and support to customers using racing simulators and other gaming equipment.
- Handle transactions, including sales and rentals, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking gaming products.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and promote gaming events and tournaments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or gaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic technical knowledge of gaming equipment and simulators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
