Responsibility
- Design and implement R&D projects focused on chemical waste treatment and recycling technologies.
- Develop and optimize processes using AWS cloud platforms and VB programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to improve waste management efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into existing processes.
- Provide training and support to junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all R&D activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in R&D within the chemical or waste management industry.
- Proficiency in AWS and VB programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali.
