Responsibility
- Conduct research and development activities to support the creation and improvement of medical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and clinicians, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Document research processes, results, and methodologies for internal and external reviews.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance product performance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve complex challenges.
- Support the scaling of prototypes to full-scale production while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in research and development, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis tools, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, or CE marking is advantageous.
