Responsibility
- Develop and optimize paint formulations using advanced laboratory techniques.
- Conduct rigorous testing for durability, adhesion, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to scale formulations from lab to mass production.
- Research emerging trends in coatings technology to enhance product innovation.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensure formulations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve product performance and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paint/R&D formulation or chemical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, additives, and coating technologies.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment (viscometers, spectrophotometers, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Familiarity with ISO/industry standards for coatings.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
