Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports for management
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues
- Implement cost-control measures and value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience with contract administration and dispute resolution
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
