Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Operate and calibrate testing equipment to ensure precision and reliability in quality assessments.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve quality-related discrepancies.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific standards.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey quality issues and solutions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting.
- Certification in quality control (e.g., CQT, CQA) is a plus.
