Responsibility
- Lead and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and drive data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Oversee product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain product integrity and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive innovation in product design and manufacturing processes to enhance competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, product development, or a similar role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is highly desirable.
