Based in the vibrant and strategic location of Bali, youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-driven insights into our quality processes, ensuring Micron remains at the forefront of manufacturing innovation.
Responsibility
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-enhanced Quality Management Systems (QMS) to monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CAPA) initiatives to address quality deviations and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and data science teams to integrate predictive analytics into quality control workflows.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other industry-specific quality standards.
- Design and execute statistical process control (SPC) methodologies to optimize yield and reduce variability.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma) projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Train and mentor staff on QMS tools, best practices, and AI-driven quality techniques.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related), Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within semiconductor, electronics, or high-precision manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML applications for quality control, statistical analysis, and process optimization.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is a plus.
- Proficiency in QMS software (e.g., SAP QM, ETQ Reliance), Python/R for data analysis, and SPC tools (Minitab, JMP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in 8D, 5 Why, or Fishbone analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
