Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for semiconductor equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, R&D) to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
- Document and analyze QA data, preparing reports to track trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Support the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by recommending best practices and innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality standards in all operational workflows.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control protocols and tools to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in risk assessments and failure mode analysis (FMEA) to proactively mitigate potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies (e.g., Statistical Process Control, Lean Manufacturing, 5S).
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
