Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product consistency and safety.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance documentation.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all products meet food safety and quality requirements before release.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
