Based in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inspect, test, and validate products at various stages of production and distribution. Your expertise will directly contribute to our reputation for reliability and excellence in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform quality tests using specialized tools and equipment, documenting results accurately and reporting any deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test data, and non-conformance reports.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role within the manufacturing, logistics, or production industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, SPC).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using measurement instruments, testing equipment, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
