Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Perform lab testing and analysis, including documentation of results and maintenance of accurate QC records (SDS, COA).
- Manage retention samples in accordance with regulatory and internal protocols, ensuring traceability and proper storage conditions.
- Troubleshoot product quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and R&D teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and streamline processes.
- Maintain and calibrate QC equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and present findings to stakeholders for review and approval.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of QC testing methods, lab equipment, and documentation systems (e.g., SDS, COA).
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or HACCP is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and QC software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift work.
