Join a dynamic team in Bali as a Quality Control Executive (Food Technology), where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance. In this role, you will oversee product inspections, monitor food safety protocols, and ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and Halal standards. Your expertise will contribute to delivering safe, high-quality products that meet regulatory and customer expectations.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work in a collaborative environment that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement in food technology.
Responsibility
- Conduct thorough product inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce GMP, HACCP, and Halal certification requirements in all production processes.
- Perform quality control tests on raw materials and finished products, including sensory, microbiological, and chemical analyses.
- Document and report quality deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and reduce defects.
- Ensure all food safety documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices in food safety.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and emerging trends in food technology and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal certification standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing equipment and quality management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food safety in Indonesia is a plus.
