As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a key role in investigating customer complaints, identifying root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain our reputation for excellence. This is a contract-based opportunity offering a competitive salary range of IDR 14,000,000 – IDR 19,000,000 per month, along with the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints and quality-related issues to determine root causes.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address quality deviations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, trends, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest quality control methodologies, tools, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) is advantageous.
