Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to minimize defects and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests on products, materials, and processes to verify compliance with specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA inspectors, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve quality-related challenges and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations, including ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA), and regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QA software, and ERP systems; experience with SAP or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics quality assurance is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
