Responsibility
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze stock level reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock replenishment.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or missing items promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse space and inventory layout for efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory audits and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role in logistics/warehousing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role with potential for extension.
