Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Document and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Participate in audits and certifications to maintain company accreditations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
