Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance audits of nursing practices and patient care protocols across partner healthcare facilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations
- Analyze clinical data and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Provide clinical nursing support and mentorship to staff nurses to elevate overall care quality
- Coordinate patient care processes between departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to healthcare leadership
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare quality standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospital or clinical settings
- Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, or clinical auditing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret clinical data and quality metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Certification in quality assurance or healthcare management is a plus
