Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the calibration of measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems and procedures to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment, processes, and documentation to identify deviations and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for calibration, testing, and QA activities.
- Train and mentor staff on QA best practices, calibration techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and technological advancements in QA systems.
- Recommend and assist in the procurement of new measuring instruments and QA tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, calibration, or system implementation within the manufacturing, logistics, or food production industries.
- Proven expertise in calibration procedures, metrology, and QA methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, TQM).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, etc.) and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in using calibration software, QA databases, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
