Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to analyze root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, including defect rates, process efficiency, and compliance status.
- Train and guide production staff on quality standards, best practices, and proper use of quality control tools and equipment.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to regulatory requirements and industry certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, process control, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Proficiency in using quality control tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Pareto Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
