Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of pawnshop branches to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Verify the accuracy of appraisals and loan transactions to maintain fairness and transparency.
- Monitor and evaluate branch operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily available for inspections.
- Collaborate with branch managers to address discrepancies and provide training on quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role, preferably in the financial or pawnshop industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software.
