Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Support the procurement process by managing purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain and update accounting records and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Head and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or procurement roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
