Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular audits of production processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
- Document and report inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes.
- Ensure adherence to local and international food safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related data.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
