Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and mitigate quality risks in manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Ensure documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and compliance records, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to maintain certifications and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience conducting internal audits and implementing QMS or EMS (Environmental Management Systems).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to train teams and drive quality initiatives.
- Certification in Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/45001) or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
