Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop technical and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and work in a multicultural environment.
