Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for e-commerce platform features.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify software defects, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Document and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
- Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SQL, API testing, and performance testing is advantageous.
