Responsibility
- Evaluate and assess audio and visual content for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in audio/visual processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with global quality benchmarks.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for content enhancement and error resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and calibration sessions to maintain consistency across teams.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in audio/visual quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in quality assurance, preferably in audio/visual content evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with quality assessment tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of multimedia formats, editing software, or transcription tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work onsite in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
