Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for medical products.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors, providing training and guidance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Participate in the development and review of quality control documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations, such as ISO, GMP, and FDA.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
