Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including HPLC, GC, HS-GC, FTIR, GC-MS, UV-VIS, and Automatic Potentiometric Titrator.
- Perform routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Interpret analytical data and prepare comprehensive reports for review.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct calibration and simple maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and FTIR.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to interpret complex data and prepare accurate reports.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
