Are you a detail-oriented QA professional with a passion for data integrity and ETL pipeline testing? We are seeking a skilled QA Tester (Data ETL) to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our data pipelines, contributing to seamless data workflows and high-quality outputs.
This is a contract position offering competitive compensation (₱100,000 – ₱130,000 per month) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative environment. Whether you're based in Bali or prefer remote work, this role provides flexibility while delivering impactful results.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for ETL processes to validate data accuracy, completeness, and transformation logic.
- Identify, document, and track defects in data pipelines, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency between source and target systems.
- Automate testing processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Monitor and report on test execution results, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in QA testing for data and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester, with a focus on data and ETL pipeline testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate test results and recommendations.
