Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and oversee the execution of QA audits, inspections, and testing procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and compliance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, generating reports and actionable insights for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on QA procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements to foster a culture of quality and accountability.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our QA systems remain current and effective.
- Represent the company in external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments, ensuring seamless compliance and positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or export-oriented industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Proven experience in leading QA audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QA software, and data analysis tools.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or CQI) is a plus.
