Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control systems in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related discrepancies and improve processes.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all documentation, including test reports and certificates, is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, testing procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP).
- Proficient in using quality management software, statistical tools (e.g., SPC), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
