As a QA/QC Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product excellence. Your expertise will directly impact our commitment to delivering superior products to our clients.

Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control practices and the importance of maintaining high standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets company specifications.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting trends and recommending improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality control or related fields is a plus.
