Responsibility
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, including testing protocols, documentation, and reporting for construction materials and workmanship.
- Perform site surveys and layout checks using advanced tools (e.g., GPS, total stations) to verify accuracy and alignment.
- Monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, as-built drawings, and survey data for project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and subcontractors to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, RLS) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, site engineering, or land surveying for construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or BIM software and familiarity with surveying equipment (e.g., Leica, Trimble).
- Strong knowledge of construction standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for travel to project locations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
