Join Megawide, a leading construction and engineering firm, as a QA/QC Engineer (Civil) in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our construction projects. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Control (QC) system, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all construction activities meet the required specifications and standards.
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure that all construction works are executed with precision and excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects that meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Implement and maintain the Quality Control (QC) system on construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Monitor and document construction activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to address and resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality control procedures.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related matters and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
