Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformities, and assist in developing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and QA/QC documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in site meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.
- Support the QA/QC Manager in training and educating site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using QA/QC tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
