Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any on-site issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions under pressure.
