Responsibility
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and feature specifications.
- Execute manual test cases and document findings to identify software defects.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Participate in regular bug scrub meetings and contribute to QA process improvements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact after code updates.
- Monitor and report on system performance, identifying potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies and the SDLC.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus).
- Knowledge of database management and basic SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for Fintech and an interest in payment infrastructure technologies.
