Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to verify that software updates do not introduce new issues.
- Automate test cases using industry-standard tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure software scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance software quality.
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
