Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using Selenium, Postman, and Python.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute automated and manual test cases to identify, document, and track software defects.
- Analyze test results, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices in QA and automation testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA automation and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA Automation, with a strong focus on web, mobile, and API testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and Python for test automation.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL, and performance testing is a plus.
