Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for auditing and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to align procurement activities with operational requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate costs, risks, and supplier performance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
